Shipping

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from our warehouse and are processed within 3-5 business days of order receipt. 

We ship to the continental US and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii in USA. We do not ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon in Canada.  

Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid postal address during check out.

All US orders ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas.  

All Canadian orders ship from our warehouse located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Delivery time is 2-5 business days from date of shipment.  Note: When shipping to remote areas please allow for additional ship time due to location.

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount.

Customer is responsible for all surcharges charged by LTL carriers (e.g. Lift Gate, Inside Delivery, Re-delivery).

Buyer shall be responsible to file damages with the carrier for the unlikely and unfortunate event of damage occurred in transit.

ORDER STATUS/ ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
